Stainless steel strip

Stainless steel strip is an extension of ultra-thin stainless steel plate, and is also a kind of steel plate used in industry. Cold rolled strip is a specially treated stainless steel strip product. It is another industrial steel strip product, which is made of stainless steel strip as the basic material and is processed by cold rolling mill at room temperature. The rolled strip has excellent characteristics such as smooth surface, flatness, high dimensional accuracy and good mechanical functions, and is often processed into rolls and coated steel plates. Cold rolled strip is widely used in tractor, car and other industrial manufacturing. Hot rolled strip is another kind of stainless steel strip, which has low hardness, easy processing, good ductility and other excellent characteristics, so it is often used as a thin plate.

DX51D Galvanized Strip

DX51D Galvanized Strip material is a non-ferrous alloy mainly composed of zinc as the matrix and other elements. The main alloy elements are aluminum, copper, magnesium, etc. Zinc alloy has low melting point, good fluidity, easy plastic processing and welding, and is resistant to atmospheric corrosion. According to the manufacturing process, it can be divided into cast zinc alloy and deformed zinc alloy. The commonly used cast zinc alloy is zinc aluminum copper magnesium alloy. Its casting process performance is good, and the cooling rate has little impact on the mechanical properties. It is mainly used to manufacture mechanical parts, toys, decorations, household appliances, etc.

A53 Carbon steel round bar

A53 is a steel grade produced according to American ASTM standards, which belongs to American standard. A53 Carbon steel round bar manufacturing requires parts with low stress and high toughness, such as car body, container, deep stamping vessels, pipes, gaskets, etc., which can be used for cold rolling, cold punching, cold heading, cold bending, hot rolling and other processes, as well as carburizing parts with low central strength, carbonitriding parts, etc. Round steel has relatively high strength, high hardenability and very good toughness, so its pressure bearing capacity is also guaranteed. Even if it is used at high temperature, the creep strength is high and the durability is also guaranteed.

904L Stainless steel round bar

Stainless steel round bar is a common type of steel, which is widely used in industrial production, machining, construction and other fields. 904L tainless steel round bar (super austenitic stainless steel) is a high alloyed austenitic stainless steel with very low carbon content. It has good corrosion resistance in dilute sulfuric acid and is specially designed for environments with severe corrosion conditions. It has high chromium content and sufficient nickel content. The addition of copper makes it have strong acid resistance, especially high resistance to chloride interstitial corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It is not easy to appear corrosion spots and cracks. Its pitting resistance is slightly better than that of other steels. It has good processability and weldability, and can be used for pressure vessels.
